Lightsail - Getting WSOD (white screen of death) with a black bar across top using BuddyBoss theme. Other Themes Work Fine

I am using BuddyBoss theme with a LightSail instance. If I try to open the website via LightSail, I get the white screen of death with a black bar header. I have done some testing and believe it has to with the server-side. I am not sure what to look for on the server end that would affect this Wordpress theme.

I have tried the following:

• Created fresh install of WP on another instance with no static IPs, distributions , etc
• PHP memory max set to 512M
• I installed Wordpress locally using Xampp and the theme works fine.
• I have contacted theme builder and I am awaiting their testing results.
• Other themes work fine when I switch back.
• disabled all Wordpress Plugins

Has anyone experienced any similar issues? If so, please let me know. I should note, the theme is a social community theme that operates a lot like facebook. It has private chat, notifications menu bar, online indicator, a lot of dynamic content that runs in the background without clicking a link. Thank you.
