Unable to delete MSK Cluster

I have a MSK cluster I am unable to delete, it just gets to a failed state over and over. The only error I get is -

There is an issue with your cluster
Code: InternalServerError.Unknown
Message: The last operation failed because of a service issue. Retry the operation.

And retrying doesn't seem to change the outcome, does anyone have any ideas?
