why do I have this pending verification when I want to create an ivs channel please ? PendingVerification: Your account is pending verification. Until the verification process is complete, you may not be able to carry out requests with this account. If you have questions, contact AWS Support.

Hi, to resolve the Pending Verification error, we recommend creating a "Billing or account support" ticket via the AWS Support console (https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/). AWS Support Engineers can then help you verify your account.
