Failed Athena query due to "internal error" and "exhausted resources"

Hi all,

We are having two queries fail on Athena. Here's a message that was in the Query Results section. Please let me know what additional information you need from me to resolve the issues. Thanks!

Only 50-60MB of data is scanned. For some reason, the run time is 10-13 minutes. Queries that scan more data usually have shorter run times.

We've tried to re-run the queries many times over several days. We've been having these issues since 9/17/23.

To confirm, the queries are running on Athena engineer version 3.

Hello Mardo, we are also facing this issue in our company. We reported it in this post

It was recommended that we open a ticket, but we haven't done so due to the required cost.

We are still without solutions and monitoring the threads.
