Hello, I am trying to publish a new batch of respondents on my MTurk requester account. I keep getting the error message of: You have exceeded your monthly credit limit, please see our FAQs to learn more. My AWS quota appears to say 2,500 and the amount I am requesting is below this. I even tried changing it to just 10 workers and I get the same error message. Is there any advise on how to fix this? This is the first HIT I am requesting workers for so I have not reached any quota thus far. Thanks!

  • Did you find out how to fix this? I'm having the same issue and publishing my survey is really time-sensitive :(

This concern is best handled by the Amazon Mechanical Turk CS team. Please submit a ticket to the Amazon Mechanical Turk customer support team from your Requester account, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
