Monitoring AWS SES Sent Emails using Kinesis Firehose

Hi, I'm using CDK to manage my infrastructure. I've setup an SES account that's now out of the Sandbox and would like to monitor sent emails on my account. I'm using CDK to manage my cloud infrastructure. Does anyone have any code samples for publishing SES Send Events to Kinesis Firehose?
