Hello AWS Repost

I want to ask you, I have a problem, on my account, Lighsail Singapore, Zone A (ap-southeast-1a), not entering SSH Client gives a message that is

1. **The remote server has closed the connection because your instance is taking too long to respond. Try again or contact customer support.
UPSTREAM_TIMEOUT [514]**
And 
**Your instance encountered an error and has closed the connection. Try again or contact customer support.
UPSTREAM_ERROR [515]**

2. **Metric graphs
(AVERAGE CPU UTILIZATION PER 5 MINUTES 2.71%)
REMAINING CPU BURST CAPACITY (PERCENTAGE) ( 64.7% )**

3. **Web server is returning an unknown error Error code 520**

Can you help me to fix it as soon as possible.
