Hello AWS Repost

I want to ask you, I have a problem, on my account, Lighsail Singapore, Zone A (ap-southeast-1a), not entering SSH Client gives a message that is

  1. The remote server has closed the connection because your instance is taking too long to respond. Try again or contact customer support. UPSTREAM_TIMEOUT [514] And Your instance encountered an error and has closed the connection. Try again or contact customer support. UPSTREAM_ERROR [515]

  2. Metric graphs (AVERAGE CPU UTILIZATION PER 5 MINUTES 2.71%) REMAINING CPU BURST CAPACITY (PERCENTAGE) ( 64.7% )

  3. Web server is returning an unknown error Error code 520

Can you help me to fix it as soon as possible.
