My toll free number not working

My toll free number not working .this number was assign to me but after 20 days of using this number its not working after one ring it start giving tone any one can help me in this so please help me I have raised case so many time always there is question for me and after answering again support team comes with new question

If you've already contacted support multiple times and are not getting the assistance you need, you may want to escalate the issue to a higher level of support. if yolu are using enterprise account you can escalate through your TAM ( Technical Account Manager) https://aws.amazon.com/it/premiumsupport/plans/
