PearsonVue glitch: Exam is blocked by AWS for next 14 days

Hi, I appeared yesterday for DVA-C01 exam and due to PearsonVue glitch it got aborted. PearsonVue has provided a new coupon to reschedule the exam but AWS has blocked me for 14 days assuming I have failed the exam. I want to write my exam ASAP (now if possible). How long it can take them to unplug me ?

In some cases, the 14 day waiting period is removed.
