Possible to connect multiple Cognito User Pools to API Gateway v2 HTTP API?

We are using the V2 HTTP API's for our endpoints exposed through API Gateway (not the older REST API).

We also now want to expand the number of Cognito User Pools we have (1 for public and 1 for private business).

I can see using the REST API AuthorizerProviderARNs to specify multiple user pools to work with but cannot see how I can make this work using the v2 HTTP API's.
