Lex V2 bot integration issue in HTML page hosted at S3

I have created a dietfitbot which gives your personalised meal plan according to your body type It’s working absolutely fine in Lex V2

But when I tried to host it live through S3 bucket Html page It’s not capturing input

Html page showing full interface I have made just the bot is not responding

I have created Congito Pool Id, Iam roles, Alias Everything is fine I suppose But still issue is not resolved
