I don't use Service and I Got billed after 1 year

Hello After 1 year of not using your Service (ho suppose to be free) your service charge me for about 19 dollars.

How can I cancel that service? Can I apply for Refund????

If you still want to keep the account, I would recommend looking into preventing charges from Free Tier:

Specifically, you can try to contact Support and explain your situation, where usually they are quite open in cancelling the fee one time if there has been a mistake or people are not aware of running usage.

I write to support on email but they say i need to log in to my panel and then write to support. And I only find this section where can post my question. Do you have any direct link do support?

Login to the AWS account where your billing is occurring and open the following URL.
For support cases, please select "Account and billing" and describe in detail the problem you are experiencing.
