Amazon Connect is Prompting Digit 0 as "Oh" /"O"

Hi Team,

As we have built one contact flow where we are capturing some digit number from end user like FA1203040 but when we are using the Play prompt Block to playback (SSML type) the user input for confirmation. AWS is prompting the Digit 0 as "oh" or "O"

Can anyone help how we can resolve this issue.

You're going to have to add another SSML tag in there.

<speak>FA<say-as interpret-as="digits">1203040</say-as></speak>
