a2enmod command not found and Enabling Brotli

I would like to enable Brotli on my web server on a Linux 2 Apache instance. I refer to this doc at https://bash-prompt.net/guides/apache-brotoli/ to enabled Brotli, but i get the below error: -

$ a2enmod brotli
bash: a2enmod: command not found

Please help and advise the fix and how to poperly install and enable Brotli? Thanks@
