PinPoint voice production requested but not granted

I request to. move my account to production 4 days ago and AWS support told me that is done but I see my on my sms & voice overview and the legend your account is on sandbox is still there , I don't now of I need todo an extra configuration
how was your experience guys I'm stuck with this I already open another case but I think the system send me an automatic answer and send me here to the Forums please help me.

Apologies for the inconvenience you are facing while requesting Amazon Pinpoint voice channel production access.

As a best practice, we recommend replying back to the same AWS Support Case ID where you initially requested the limit increase : this way the engineer assisting you they get to know that your issue is not resolved and also from your side you can get feedback directly regarding your limit increase.

In-case you have Business/Enterprise support you can chat or call AWS Premium Support to get a faster response.
