Why is my AWS S3 console returning 404 responses?

0

I've been an AWS user for a few years now and never encountered a problem like this. I can log into my AWS management console fine and access all of my usual services, but when I try to go to S3 (my most used service) the screen is blank and I get multiple 404 errors in the network tab from the endpoint: https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com I emailed AWS directly about this but they must have checked the S3 service health status, saw that it was fine and fobbed me off. Has anyone ever experienced this or could direct me in how to get it escalated? I've not been able to access my buckets since Wednesday. I don't want to have to pay for premium support for a service that I am already paying for.

Hello.

What happens if you change the browser or PC you are using to access it?
Does the IAM user have the required policies?
Also, can you access it with a different IAM user and check if it reproduces?
There may be a problem with your network, so try connecting your PC to another network and accessing the management console.

  • Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried with Microsoft Edge and get the same error. I've tried as the root user and get the same error. I've attached screenshots of the errors I get, they may be familiar to you?

  • The problem still exists. When I view the network tab I get some kind of network connection error. When I try in Microsoft Edge I get the same error.

I will try and attach the screenshots to the original question.
