AWS Lambda unknow url - proxy server

Hi! I'm reading the log file from my proxy server/squid and there is an unknown url from "lambda-url" from many and differents workstations/IP addresses. So, Can anybody know what is this?

It looks like there is a Lambda function (or functions) that are trying to connect to your proxy server. Lambda is a multi-tenant solution and outbound network requests from Lambda functions share IP addresses so it's not possible in this forum to determine where it is coming from.
If you suspect that this is a security issue or there is some abuse happening please contact the support team.
