[S3] The bandwidth of directly downloading a s3 media file by different client at the same time?

Dear Sirs,

I've tried to directly download a public s3 file via browser, the bandwidth it's about 16~24 mbps. And with CDN, the download bandwidth is over 200 mbps. Above case is one file with one download client.

But, My target is to progressive download a s3 media file from different locations at the same time.

Is there an official statement about the average bandwidth of directly downloading a single s3 media file from multiple client (100~200) in different regions?
