Please try accessing not only with a browser but also with a different PC.
Thanks for your reply. The issue remains the same from another PC, I tried a mobile browser too. The only way to access my CloudWatch alarms are CloudShell or the AWS mobile app (which, I suppose, uses the APIs fo fetch alarms info).
Thank you, the issue has been resolved by switching to a new private browsing windows and using a different connection as well. I am unsure what the root cause was.
