    Hello, can you please provide some more information? How are you trying to connect to your server? Are you using SSH or some other protocol?

Are you using SSH over HTTP ? If using the browser-based SSH client fails, there may be a problem with the instance itself. You can restart the instance from the Lightsail console which may resolve issues caused by a system crash or software bug.
