Can I change opensearch's private network to public?

I want to change access from console to vpc from private to public.

It is possible in case of RDS, but is it also possible in opensearch?

You cannot change the settings for opensearch from private to public and vice versa. To do so you would need to create a new cluster and migrate data. This is a limitation as mentioned here
