Hi,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with sending mail to Gmail accounts. This can have 2 problems:
- Are you using the complementary .awsapps.com domain? Its not recommended to use this domain in production as its a domain to be used for testing. This domain is limited in volume and does not have all deliverabilty records.
- Have you completed the domain configuration with all the recommended domain records for mail deliverability? Please check that the DKIM, DMARC, SPF and Mail From are correctly configured. (More details can be found on this documentation page)
