Lightsail instance running Plesk no longer responding

I have an instance runung Plesk on Lightsail that is no longer running, i get the following error when I run "$ sudo Plesk login" via SSH : DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

when I researched the error I assumed the problem was caused by disk space running out, so I created a snapshot and then created a new instance with a bigger disk from that snapshot, so when I run the new instance I created on SSH, I get the following error : UPSTREAM_NOT_FOUND [519]

I then exported the snapshot to EC2, on EC2 status check fails and shows "Instance reachability check failed", i tried connection the instance and i get : Failed to connect to your instance EC2 Instance Connect is unable to connect to your instance. Ensure your instance network settings are configured correctly for EC2 Instance Connect. For more information, see Set up EC2 Instance Connect at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-instance-connect-set-up.html.
