my dns txt rec ord doesn't compare in search by many tools and crm

i have setted a txt record with host like @ and value = parameter , but the record txt doesn't be found by crm and many tools , why my txt record doesn't be published ? what i can to do , for publish record? i have wait much time . i have tried to reinsert record and delete other @ txt record but nothing change . i need for send email at many peolple by crm , that begin eligible like sender of email i need thanks
