if you are going to sell software, you can create an AMI (amazon machine image) and publish it to AWS Marketplace. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplace/latest/userguide/product-submission.html
Your clients will be able to subscribe to it and use it.
If you are going to provide SaaS, you can deploy it in your environment and expose it via Private Link. In such a way, you can sell it to your customers by providing access

Thank you. We read about AMI and Marketplace. We think AMI is what we are looking for, providing configured setup for specific purposes, but we don't sell any software. Also regarding Marketplace we are not in an Eligible jurisdictions for paid products.
