Has the user entered the WorkDocs site name corectly in the client? (I'm assuming you are referring to the WorkDocs Drive client)
The user's credentials are generally managed by the Active Directory you configured when setting up WorkDocs.
Unless you are using a cloud directory, you will not be able to reset password through WorkDocs, that need to happen through your AD Admin process.
Lastly, because WorkDocs do not store your user, you generally will not be able to "delete" user in WorkDocs from the ActiveDirectory (other than pending users if use Simple AD). However you can "Disable" users in the admin site.
