Query 1: Frequency of Email Sending Our application consists of three main features: a. Sign in via email OTP b. Sign up via email OTP c. Contact Us

Users will receive emails from us only when they are signing in, signing up, or submitting the 'Contact Us' form on our website. We do not engage in any marketing email activities.

Additionally, within our application, we have Church Events. If a user registers for these events, we may send a reminder notification one day prior to the event.

Query 2: Management of Recipient Lists Currently, we do not intend to maintain recipient lists unless users have registered with our application using their email. If a user has registered for a specific event, we may utilize their registered email address to send bulk reminder notifications for that particular event.

Query 3: Handling Bounces, Complaints, and Unsubscribe Requests Given that our scope does not include marketing email content, unsubscribe requests may not be applicable. Concerning complaints, our 'Contact Us' page sends emails to our support email address. We regularly review each email to address complaints and provide resolutions.
